After working with two different web companies our company website was still missing the mark. We had a critical need to find a web designer with particular skills in creating effective search functionality for our website. Rick was able to pull off what two other web designers were unable to do. Highly recommend! My office previously hired Rick at VISIONEFX to design its website and I eventually needed editing capabilities to list events on my department’s page of the site. Over just a 12 minute phone call, Rick was able to assess what I needed and set up the page. Within 24 hours of that call he created a brief training video (6 minutes) and emailed it to me to teach me how to make the necessary edits for future events. He was very easy to work with, quick to respond and provide what I needed, and the training video was an added bonus that is a great reference!

I found Rick because he picked up the phone. I was in a bit of an immediate need and the first 4 calls never picked up and only one of those 4 ever returned the call. previous webmaster decided not to return my call for 3 days during my time of need, so he is gone baby gone. Rick was patient with my ignorance in web language and details and walked me through what I needed to do to change. He was knowledgeable, thorough and detail oriented on the transition and quick and perfect on a subsequent website tweak. Pricing seems fair and I’d not only use him again but recommend him highly. only minor quirk is since he is currently working from home, there can be some background noise on occasion that can interfere with my phone focus……not his, obviously bc he is used to it, but I was losing train of thought for a brief second until he corrected the situation. on a scale of 1-10…..that is a 1 and an easy work around. No hesitation in recommending him from my two experiences thus far……with one being under difficult and urgent circumstances.
