I contracted with Vontavius Tech Support to help me increase the visibility of my website, particularly to individuals seeking an African American/black Realtor. This was not accomplished and during my exit interview I was made aware by Vontavius that he knew this could not be accomplished from the onset but never disclosed this at any point prior to the exit interview. I paid a significant amount of money to Vontavius Tech support and ultimately found out that there was very little being done by them routinely in return for that significant investment. Essentially, Vontavius Tech support was managing my Google Workspace for my website and doing a poor job of it. He failed to respond to several of my customers’ reviews and undoubtedly he will say that it was because I asked him not to do that at a certain point. That is partially correct but I actually told him not to respond to any more reviews without FIRST seeking my input on content to the response since it is purported as coming from me. There were several reviews after that request that he never responded to nor sought my input for content for a potential response. He loaded incorrect listings on my platform as belonging to me personally when none of them did; he prematurely drafted my account for my monthly service charge and never returned the money nor made me aware of it and only admitted it when I questioned him about it. But the most egregious offense in my opinion was him informing me that my website was not loading properly during my exit interview as opposed to the point that he became aware of it so I could have addressed the matter promptly. I asked him why he did not tell me sooner and he said because he was not paid to do that. I asked him point blank, So you’re saying that through the course of doing the work you have been contracted to do that if you discover something else wrong you won’t tell your customer because you have not been paid to do that? He paused and then replied No . I was flabbergasted. Bottom line…Spend your money on an island getaway, a new car down payment, or a bridge to nowhere as all options would be money better spent than with Vontavius Tech Support.
