Overall a great experience buying a new Maverick truck. Price was as discussed prior to delivery. Sales person was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. Finance team was also excellent and provided competitive rates.

Ordered a raptor back in July and was told I had an allocation for it. Found out they did not had allocation for it and I had to resubmit my order for a 2022 and have a lower priority number now with no end in sight. Now I am on a list just to get an allocation. Salesman does not respond back to me nor will management. All around terrible experience

My salesman Bob went out of his way to get get my windows tinted ASAP and allowed me to take delivery on Christmas eve!
