I dont normally write reviews but I am very happy with this service.I decided to move our managed post to Hoxton Mix after the guys over at Capital Office/Kemp House (with their fake 5 star reviews) repeatedly lost our mail and credit cards (we used to have to wait up to 3 weeks for letters to be scanned over if they ever arrived). The Hoxton Mix are extremely fast, efficient and professional.l in comparison. They notify you on the day your letter arrives and scan over your post in a very short time frame. As of yet they have not lost one piece of our post. Highly recommended.

I have used virtual offices outside the UK, and I believe that hoxtonmix is the best one I have used. I like that there are no hidden fees and it’s uncomplicated to use.

The service is great in terms of functionality, but customer service is terrible especially from the lady who work there. I think she’s the manager as the others are friendly, I wish she learns how customer service should be

The collection plan is good value and a fancy location.

I would highly recommend The Horton Mix to anyone seeking an office address in London. The set up was very easy and the staff who run the Horton Mix are friendly and helpful!
