I had a horrible experience at WINK Your Eyes. I went in for an eyelash lift and tint. It did not lift my eyelashes at all. Instead, they ended up so over curled that they are doubled over, and I’m unable to put mascara on. Latrice did my service about a month and a half ago, and they still look horrible unless I use a heated eyelash curler to relax the curl. In addition, the store was dirty, and the staff is unprofessional. There was a new hire in the store while I was receiving my service. She was supposed to be trained on the service while Latrice worked on my eyelashes. She left in the middle of the training and had no interest in being properly trained. I waited a few days to see if my eyelashes would relax on their own a bit, but they did not. When I called to ask if they could be fixed, Latrice answered the phone. She said she would call the company that distributes the products she used to see what they recommend. She did not call me back. I called about a week later and asked if someone else could fix my eyelashes or if I could receive a refund. I was told that the only person who knows how to perform the service is Latrice, and I was not interested in the same person working on my lashes again. I was told I would receive a refund, but I did not. Finally, I asked if I could please speak to the owner or get their name and email so I could contact them, and the person on the phone told me they had no idea who the owner or their supervisor is. They could not give me anyone to speak with about my experience. I will never go back, and I would advise others to stay away.
