Las Olas teamed up with the City of Fort Lauderdale and they are writing us parking violations for parking our scooters behind The Cheesecake Factory. We have been privileged to be able to park our scooters underneath the parking garage for free until last week. Employees that work on Las Olas should get free parking, hands down! We are the worker bees for Las Olas businesses and its absolutely ridiculous that people are so greedy that that want to charge their own workers $720 a year to park at their own job, even though we are already making you guys millions upon millions of dollars!

Disappointed that I have to give one star. I’ve been working at The Cheesecake Factory for going on two years and have been able to park my scooter for free behind the restaurant until last week. Now they expect me to pay $720.00 a year for parking a scooter the size of a mountain bike. People that work on Las Olas (cars or otherwise) should be able to park for free. Without us, your rental properties generate no income for Las Olas. This is a common courtesy and it’s an absolute disgrace that I should even have to explain it.

I loved it so much,I became a resident.
