With a degree in marketing and psychology, Bajric chose advertising as a profession as soon as he started learning about buyer trends and online marketing. Learning about  buying decisions based on psychology and statistical data was interesting to Bajric, he said. Bajric said he became obsessed with learning about how Google algorithm changes work. Prior to starting Panda Online Marketing, Bajric worked for top online digital marketing companies to expand his knowledge and learn which segments perform best based on organic and paid advertising. “It excites me going to work every day knowing we get to help local businesses increase their online presence, and more importantly, their ROI,” he said.

What would you say is unique and/or challenging about the Arizona SEO industry?

“Much like most SEO agencies, the most difficult aspect of SEO is understanding and implementing proper Google algorithm updates. Also, Phoenix is a competitive market so it’s important constantly review and evaluate AdWords and design a site to differentiate my customer from the competition.”

How does your agency stand out in a crowded market like Arizona?

“Being local, we work with clients directly. No middle man. Unlike most corporations, you will be speaking with the owner directly on every campaign. More importantly, we focus on clients conversions not just clicks. So in short, lots of very long hours and making sure I’m available for whenever my client may need me.”

Can you share a success story from a local SEO campaign centered around the Arizona area?

“Currently working with a law firm that was able to generate $900K revenue in 2019. We were able to close a 30k lead on a 3k monthly AdWords budget.”

What is the best advice you ever received in business?

“From Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban: ‘Learning new things is the only way to remain competitive. Particularly in the tech industry, the only constant is change.’ As a small business, we have to be on top of SEO/SEM news to ensure our clients get the best and the latest technology.”

What do you think is the most important quality that makes an agency truly great?

“We were able to receive a 5-star rating with 40-plus positive reviews by keeping it simple, focusing on clients needs and delivering on time. We listen and recommend the best strategy based on clients goals not based on our bottom line.”

Any predictions for the future of SEO?

“I believe video content will increase significantly in the next few years due to audience attention span along with mobile technology updates. Algorithm will continue to change in 2020 it is our job as marketers to keep up with the latest news.”

What is your reaction when you hear that “SEO is dying”?

“67% of all clicks go to the first five organic results. SEO will always be a large factor in marketing as long as we use Google as a search engine.”

What do you think is the most important contributor to keeping clients happy?

“Relationships and Conversions.”
