What would you say is unique and/or challenging about the Austin SEO industry?

“What’s unique about the Austin area is that it continues to attract new, emerging businesses. Being in a state that’s friendly to SMBs, the city has also encouraged many existing businesses to move operations here. The market here is great, which leaves room for many opportunities for SEO amidst the competition.”

How does your agency stand out in a crowded market like the Austin area?

“While we’ve only been in Austin for the last several years, we are backed by over 15 years of experience in SEO and marketing. We have a well-rounded team with a strong creative and analytical background. SEO serves as one of the many tools we offer for building a company’s brand experience. In other words, we go beyond a user’s experience with a search box – we give critical thinking to the overall brand online and the totality of the customer’s journey with that brand.”

Can you share a success story from an SEO campaign centered around your area?

“Foster Danowsky, LLP. They are TDLR license attorneys and professional license attorneys in Austin. They’ve maintained top positioning both locally and organically in search.”

What is the best advice you ever received in business?

“Your time is important – perhaps the most valuable thing you have. Use it wisely.”

What do you think is the most important quality that makes an agency truly great?

“Hands down, the people. And good leadership plays a significant role in the health of the people within the organization. I am sure you’ll find this true for many organizations, if not all.”

Any predictions for the future of SEO?

“Artificial intelligence (AI) is already paving the way for the future. As of 2021, over 50 percent of people use voice search while driving, and 65 percent of consumers between the ages of 25-50 talk to their voice-enabled devices. Content will remain a key part of SEO, where BERT and Google E-A-T make relevancy and quality a greater priority.”

What is your reaction when you hear that “SEO is dying”?

“SEO is constantly evolving. And so how you approach SEO should reflect that.”

What do you think is the most important contributor to keeping clients happy?

“Respect, honesty and transparency. Good communication is key.”
